We are issuing an urgent recall of the White UK Plug Adapter supplied with certain units of the AirTumble Track electric pumps as it not comply with the certification standard required in the UK
STOP USING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY
What is the problem?
The White UK plug Adapter presents a risk of electric shock and fire.
- The socket does not incorporate safety shutters, allowing access to live parts
- The live and neutral pins are positioned too close to the edge of the adapter, increasing the risk of accidental contact during insertion or removal
- The adapter does not contain a fuse, meaning there is no overcurrent protection in the event of a fault
