I ordered this pump for an air track that we already had. The customer service was nothing short of excellent. I had a confirmation phone call and guaranteed delivery.
After there was a problem with the initial delivery Ben went above and beyond any usual level of customer service to contact the courier and sort the problem to ensure that the pump was delivered as promised.
The pump itself is great. We have a 5m x 2m x 0.2m track and it inflates in less than 5 minutes. It deflates in less time which is a huge help with set training times. It’s small, it’s light and easy to transport.
I’d highly recommend the product and will use Air Tumble again when we need equipment without hesitation.
